Day 30

Day 30 of my showing up for myself and for my business. Today, showing up looked like slowing down.

Walking into a coffee shop.

Choosing peace.

Enjoying iced coffee and beignets.

Clearing my head before filling my planner.

Giving myself space to think… not rush.

As business owners, we often forget that clarity comes from stillness, not pressure.

This pause allowed me to plan the first quarter, strategize with intention, and dream with focus.

For a moment, I thought I was behind.

Then I realized…

✨ I’m right on time. ✨

Day 30 of this 31-day challenge reminded me that rest, reflection, and joy are not distractions they are part of the work.

If you needed permission to slow down, consider this it.
