Well, this was certainly a scroll stopper, but that's about it. If you actually want to care for your hair, it starts with your scalp. Here's how:

🧖‍♀️ Your scalp is skin too; it needs airflow, exfoliation, and an actual rinse to stay healthy.

🫠 Washing in a braid traps oil, sweat, and buildup (aka a recipe for irritation and flakes).

🌱 Massage your scalp when you shampoo, it boosts circulation and supports hair growth.

💆‍♀️ Think of it like skincare: cleanse, nourish, repeat. Your scalp deserves the same love as your face.

😶‍🌫️ Use a clarifying shampoo about once a week to hit the reset button and clear out any product buildup.

👀 Be honest… when’s the last time you actually scrubbed your scalp?

i used to wash my hair every other day but i also play 4 sports so i would sweat and my hair would turn all greasy and dry and i would get a lot of dandruff and i now have changed to whenever i feel my hair getting dirty which is normally every 3-4 days and every week ill use a hair mask and sometimes some hair oil!

Finally someone who said it! My mom washes her hair less because she says it's harsh in her hair and I wash mine every day.
