Glowing skin isn’t one miracle product. It’s the non-negotiables you do consistently ✨ For me it's:

1️⃣ Red Light Therapy

One of my favorite science-backed tools for skin longevity. Helps support collagen production, calm inflammation, and give that healthy glow over time. Not instant, but very real results with consistency. Also, I would not bother with red light therapy unless you’re already using the tried and true skincare that I list further below.

2️⃣ Beautycore

This is my inside-out approach to skin health. When your skin barrier, inflammation, and nutrient support are dialed in, your glow looks different. I co-founded Beautycore because I believe skincare works better when you don't just treat the surface, you treat your gut health too.

3️⃣ Tretinoin

Still the gold standard. Boosts cell turnover, smooths texture, fades pigmentation, and helps with fine lines. If glowing, youthful skin had a backbone, this would be it. P.S. you need a prescription for this. I've also cofounded @dermclick to make getting a prescription easy (from home).

4️⃣ Sunscreen (daily)

Yes, every day. Even when it’s cloudy. Even when you’re inside more than outside. This is the real anti-aging MVP and the reason the rest of your routine can actually work.

5️⃣ Vitamin C Serum

Brightens, supports collagen, and helps protect against environmental damage. I love it in the morning for that instant glow + long-term payoff.

Beyond the key practices listed—red light therapy, Beautycore’s gut-health focus, tretinoin, sunscreen, and vitamin C serum—there are additional lifestyle factors and habits that can profoundly impact your skin’s appearance and health. From my own experience, hydration plays a critical role. Drinking plenty of water daily helps maintain skin elasticity and flush out toxins, which naturally brightens your complexion. Also, a balanced diet rich in antioxidants—including fruits like berries and vegetables such as spinach—supports your skin from within by combating oxidative stress that accelerates aging. When implementing red light therapy, consistency is key. I have found that using devices that emit near-infrared and red wavelengths can gradually stimulate collagen production and reduce inflammation, improving skin texture and firmness over time. However, pairing this with a foundational skincare routine—including gentle cleansing, moisturizing, and the use of tretinoin—maximizes the benefits. On treating skin from the inside out, Beautycore’s approach to enhancing gut health is insightful. There’s increasing evidence that a balanced gut microbiome affects skin conditions such as acne and eczema, so incorporating probiotics either through supplements or fermented foods can support the skin’s resilience and glow. Daily sunscreen cannot be overstated. UV exposure remains the top contributor to premature aging, pigmentation, and skin damage. Even on cloudy days or when indoors near windows, UVA rays can penetrate and cause harm. Applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day is the foundation of any anti-aging strategy. Vitamin C serum is another multi-benefit product I rely on frequently. It not only brightens skin but also protects against environmental pollutants and supports collagen synthesis. Applying it in the morning provides an instant glow and shields skin during the day. Lastly, never underestimate the value of quality sleep and managing stress. Both influence hormonal balance and skin cell repair cycles, which are crucial for maintaining a fresh, youthful appearance. Integrating these non-negotiable habits into your routine consistently will transform your skin over time, delivering that natural luminous glow you desire.
