Many people hesitate to use sunscreen because of myths suggesting it blocks vitamin D production or that it's unnecessary on cloudy days. In reality, sunscreen allows you to safely enjoy sun benefits while minimizing UV damage. From a dermatologist’s perspective, using broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 daily, reapplying every two hours during prolonged outdoor activity, and wearing protective clothing are effective measures. Sunglasses and hats also provide critical protection for sensitive areas. This approach, sometimes called 'sunresponsibly,' encourages outdoor activity without compromising skin health.
