The cafe is designed with an "Industrial Minimal" concept that emphasizes raw, smooth, but clearly identifies details of the store.
The area in front of the bar is the main focal point - semi-frosted sheer wood and acrylic structure with hidden lights to feel warm; contrasting with bare mortar and polished floors that provide a coffee roaster-style cool atmosphere; the top area is decorated with coffee sacks; Cafés do Brasil is stacked in layers like a real coffee bean storage warehouse; it helps tell the story of raw materials from upstream to coffee cups on hand.
The furniture is raw wood of natural color. Low tables and benches are laid out not too tightly. It feels as friendly as coming to a living at a friend's house. Natural light from the front and trackwhite light help the shop look bright to fit without hardening.
This is a design that does not try to show luxury, but rather "show truth" - both the story of coffee and the intention of the shopkeeper, who wants the customer to experience the taste and atmosphere of a close friend's small roaster.

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “minimal industrial cafe” ที่ไม่ต้องขับรถไกล แนะนำให้ปักหมุด Brick Lane แถว BTS บางจากไว้เลยค่ะ ฟีลร้านจะเป็น Industrial Minimal แบบที่ดูเท่แต่ไม่แข็ง—โทนเรียบ ๆ ดิบ ๆ แต่มีรายละเอียดให้มองเพลิน โดยเฉพาะโซนหน้าบาร์ที่ใช้ไม้กับอะคริลิกโปร่งกึ่งฝ้าและมีไฟซ่อน ทำให้ภาพรวมดูอบอุ่นขึ้น ไม่ได้ดาร์กแบบโรงงานจ๋า สิ่งที่ชอบมากคือการเล่าเรื่อง “กาแฟ” ผ่านดีไซน์จริง ๆ ด้านบนมีการตกแต่งด้วยกระสอบกาแฟ “CAFÉS DO BRASIL” วางซ้อนกันเป็นชั้น ๆ เหมือนอยู่ในโกดังเก็บเมล็ดหรือโรงคั่วเล็ก ๆ พอรวมกับพื้นปูนเปลือย/พื้นขัดมัน จะได้บรรยากาศคล้ายคาเฟ่สายโรงคั่วที่คนชอบกาแฟมักจะตามหา (ใครเสิร์ชแนว arabica minimalist cafe ก็มักจะอินกับมู้ดประมาณนี้) มุมถ่ายรูปที่แนะนำสำหรับสายมินิมอลคือ 1) ยืนหรือถ่ายนั่งบริเวณหน้าบาร์ ให้ไฟซ่อนช่วยละมุนผิว 2) เงยกล้องเก็บกระสอบ CAFÉS DO BRASIL จะได้ฟีลโกดังชัด 3) ถ่ายโต๊ะไม้ดิบกับพื้นปูนเปลือยแบบมุมกว้าง ภาพจะดูคลีนและเท่มาก แสงธรรมชาติด้านหน้าร้านก็ช่วยให้รูปดูสว่างโดยไม่ต้องดัน ISO เยอะ เรื่องการนั่งทำงาน/นั่งชิล ส่วนตัวรู้สึกว่าจัดที่นั่งไม่แน่นเกินไป โต๊ะกับม้านั่งเตี้ย ๆ ให้ความเป็นกันเองเหมือนมาบ้านเพื่อน เหมาะทั้งมานั่งคุยและมานั่งพักระหว่างวัน ถ้าอยากได้บรรยากาศนิ่ง ๆ แนะนำเลือกช่วงคนไม่เยอะ จะได้ซึมซับความ “เรียบแต่มีดีเทล” ของร้านเต็ม ๆ สรุปคือ ถ้ากำลังมองคาเฟ่สไตล์ industrial minimal ที่มีคาแรกเตอร์ชัด ไม่ได้แต่งสวยอย่างเดียวแต่มีเรื่องราวของวัตถุดิบกาแฟให้จับต้องได้ Brick Lane เป็นอีกที่ที่ควรลองแวะค่ะ โดยเฉพาะคนที่ชอบมู้ดโรงคั่วและความมินิมอลแบบเท่ ๆ
