Engaging in small rituals—such as lighting a candle, journaling, or sharing memories—can bring comfort and connection. Additionally, supporting mental health through self-care routines helps build resilience and emotional strength. By choosing kindness, we contribute to a more compassionate environment for those navigating grief or emotional challenges.
