Making Changes 🥰

I’m a 26 year old mom pursuing her first higher education degree in marketing. I have an almost three year old son I care for, in addition to babysitting my god daughter full time. I have an autoimmune disease called Multiple Sclerosis that makes my day-to-day life much harder to live. 🫣

I have put myself on the back burner for years now. It’s time to make changes! I’m prioritizing self-care! So far I’m taking my meds as soon as I wake up in the morning instead of procrastination, doing a full skincare routine twice a day, making the effort to drink half my weight in water each day, focusing on moving my body, being more mindful about the food I put in it, and making time to do things I enjoy like crochet. Baby steps but I’m doing it! 🫶🏼

What’s one thing you would say to someone making these changes? What piece of wisdom/advice/encouragement would you bestow? Help keep me motivated to stick with these priorities! And follow to watch me transform myself 🙌🏻
