This is your reminder to take your daily dose of medication as prescribed by your provider. I’ve been making big changes to take care of myself and remembering to take my meds is the first step of my self care routine.

Your meds are prescribed to you for a reason. They are important. You are important. You deserve to feel well. Take your meds!
