School Doodles 🫶
I love traditional drawing as well as digital #schooldrawing #sketchbookdoodles #art
Hey everyone! I absolutely love school doodles, and it seems like you do too! My sketchbook is always filled with little drawings that help me stay focused (or sometimes just pass the time 😉). I've got even more school doodles to share, and I want to give you some tips and ideas to get your own creativity flowing, whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out. For me, doodling isn't just about making pretty pictures; it's a fantastic way to relieve stress during long lectures or study sessions. It can even help you process information better! Plus, having cute little drawings next to your notes just makes everything more fun. So, what kind of things can you doodle? The possibilities are endless, but here are some of my go-to easy school doodle ideas that anyone can try: School Supplies: Think about what's on your desk! Pencils, pens, rulers, staplers, textbooks, notebooks, backpacks. You can make them super simple with just a few lines or add little faces to make them *cute doodles to draw in class*. Subject-Specific Fun: Math: Little calculators, geometric shapes, pi symbols, graphs with tiny faces. Science: Beakers, test tubes, atoms, planets, tiny microscopes, plant cells. English/History: Open books, quills, scrolls, speech bubbles, miniature historical figures (think simple stick figures with period hats!). Art Class: Paintbrushes, palettes, easels, abstract shapes. Nature & Everyday Objects: Flowers, leaves, stars, clouds, coffee cups, tiny snacks. These are great for filling up empty spaces. Abstract Patterns: Simple lines, swirls, checkerboards, dots. These are perfect when you just need to keep your hands busy without thinking too much. To make your school doodles easy and cute, remember a few tricks. Use basic shapes like circles, squares, and triangles as building blocks. Add simple expressions – two dots for eyes and a curved line for a smile instantly makes anything adorable! Don't overthink it; the beauty of a doodle is its spontaneous, imperfect nature. Don't worry about making masterpieces. Grab any pen or pencil and a piece of paper (the back of a worksheet works perfectly!). Just start with a shape, add another, and see where your imagination takes you. Sometimes I just draw random lines and then try to turn them into something recognizable. It's a great exercise for creativity! I hope these more school doodles ideas inspire you to pick up your pen and start sketching. What are your favorite things to doodle when you're in school?
