Advice please
I’m starting my fitness journey and finally taking it serious. Ive lost 30lbs since January but not the right way (eating 1x a day / eating very small portions/ not eating at all) I work night shift so I usually eat at night. I need advice on what to do in the gym. My goal right now is fat loss. I currently do the elliptical for an hour each time but I’m not sure what else to do since I was told not to build muscle just yet. Please give me advice
