And this chapter of my life is called self-worth.
Just going to leave that right there.
In order for you to realize your worthiness, you need to know your self-worth. Then add tax.
I think back to all the times my naïveté was in the way.
I listened to a lot of what other people said.
I did what everyone else was doing.
I was surrounded by “friends” yet stood alone.
We all have to walk down that long one way street until we reach that light at the end of the tunnel.
Been there, done that 🙅🏾♀️
It’s bad energy. No bueno.
A lot of my past friendships and relationships taught me that I had to know my self-worth first since some were one-sided.
So, expect the worst but, pray for the best.
It has definitely took a lot out of me to evolve into this person I am today.
I had to lose my mind to find my inner peace.
Pain helps you refocus.
(No pain, no gain)
As a woman, I know that I am extremely emotionally driven.
Sometimes I react and won’t think twice about it.
Soon after.....

Earlier, I cried for 10 minutes from a situation I couldn’t control.
Once I realized it was only out of frustration I got myself together and kept it moving.
Say what you mean and mean what you say.
Please do not water yourself down or sugar coat anything.
Make progress not excuses.
Commitment takes dedication.
Consistency takes dedication.
Success takes dedication.
Everything I want out of life takes dedication.
I know I’m worthy of every bit of it!
I’m surprised how far I’ve come honestly.
So don’t look back.
You aren’t going that way.
The only place to go is forward.
