Christmas in Paris. Thoughts?

My friend and I are planning a 2 week trip to Europe at the end of this year and her only request was that we be in Paris during Christmas like specifically 23rd-26th or so.

What are your thoughts on this? Will everything be closed or shut down? Will we not really be able to enjoy Paris? Or will it be fine?

You should be able to enjoy Paris to my understanding there’s still plenty of stuff to do somethings may be closed for the holidays but there’s still free stuff. Plus just being in Paris is going to be amazing
