Lazy healthy meals on a budget!!
My grocery budget is $100 a week!! I actually got all this for cheaper than $90 because I work those food lion sales. I got it for about $70 or less which left room in the budget for milk, eggs and bread and fruit for breakfast. Always shop those sales for the best deals! Example I got the chicke

Stupid easy dinner!
Easy dump n bake protein Alfrado chicken!! Dump pasta, broccoli, Alfredo, and 2-3 cups of chicken broth enough to cover the noodles. Cover tight fin foil, bake at 420°f for about 30 min, add the chicken mix, top with cheese and pop back in for about 10 minutes! And you’re done!! #Dumpandbake

Easy Chickfila breakfast burrito!!
Ingredients: 1- whole wheat carb counter tortilla 1- serving bare chicken strips/or nuggets 1-hash brown pattie 2-eggs, splash of milk, 1tbs cottage cheese mixed and cooked. Then assemble! Macros roughly 460 cal, 34 protein, 36 carbs, 14 fiber, 21 fat. Hope you enjoy! #fastfoodreci
