This year, many have found solace in embracing vulnerability, which promotes authenticity and connection. Taking the time for introspection helps in understanding our successes and failures, paving the way for improvement in the upcoming year. Reflecting on what went well can amplify our gratitude for the positive moments, while recognizing what didn't turn out as planned allows us to learn and adapt. Sharing our reflections with a community encourages others to do the same, creating an environment that fosters compassion and support.
