You're MORE than titles
Don’t put me in a box 📦
Many see me as a trauma counselor. A neuroscience coach. A life coach. A financial professional. An author. A speaker.
And while all of that is true… I’m still MORE than titles.
At my core, I help women heal what trauma, survival mode, and limiting beliefs tried to bury-their true identity.
When a woman heals her inner child, she changes her identity.
When she changes her identity, she changes how she loves, leads, builds, creates, and even how she handles her finances.
So in a nutshell, I help women break free from trauma-based identities and walk BOLDLY in who God created them to be.
— Dr. Marlene Phillip
Healing from trauma is a profound journey that goes far beyond just overcoming past wounds—it’s about reclaiming and rediscovering the essence of who you truly are. Many women find themselves boxed into roles or titles that, while important, don’t fully encompass their identity. This can be especially true when trauma, survival mechanisms, and limiting beliefs have shaped the way they view themselves. In my own experience, the process of healing the inner child has been transformational. It requires patience, self-compassion, and sometimes professional support to address the deep-seated narratives that no longer serve us. When that healing starts to take root, you notice shifts in every aspect of life—from relationships and leadership roles to creative expression and financial empowerment. This holistic change happens because your identity evolves; you let go of the survival mode mindset and step into freedom. The words FAITH, PURPOSE, HEALING, and FREEDOM resonate deeply on this path. They are not just ideals but markers of progress. Being called and chosen reflects the empowerment that comes from embracing your unique God-given purpose beyond societal labels. This transformation enables you to lead with authenticity, love without barriers, and create boldly. For those still struggling with the constraints of trauma-based identities, know that the journey is personal but also shared by many. Support systems, whether community groups, coaches, or mentors, play a key role in sustaining growth. Remember, you are more than any title or role imposed by others or even yourself. Your true self waits to be uncovered, healed, and celebrated.
