There was a B-strain flu infection in the lungs. The patient had to intubate because of severe pneumonia. There was a redundant bacterial infection. Pressure drop required pressure stimulants. The liver and kidneys started having problems because of severe infection.
You asked to move to Coon because you wanted to reduce invasive treatment and believed I didn't want to live with an endotracheal tube.
The first day after receiving the patient, the patient had severe pneumonia. ARDS required high-dose oxygen. From a lung X-ray, both sides were thick.
The patient is still able to nod.
After reviewing all the treatments, talking to a family of three children, explaining the possible course of treatment.

1. Remove the pipe now. The patient will leave soon.
