Sunbathing is a popular way to relax and enjoy the outdoors, much like Big Tommy does while getting his tan on. However, it's important to balance the desire for a golden glow with skin health. Wearing protective clothing like hats and sunglasses adds an extra layer of defense against UV rays. Staying hydrated is another crucial part of enjoying sun exposure comfortably. Drinking plenty of water throughout the day helps prevent dehydration, which can be easy to overlook while basking under the sun. Lastly, I pay attention to how my skin reacts and limit sessions accordingly. Taking breaks in the shade helps avoid overexposure, ensuring that tanning is a safe and enjoyable experience. Following these practices has made my sunbathing moments much more pleasant and less risky, something I imagine Big Tommy also appreciates during his tan time.
