Have you ever tried Yerba Mate before bed? It's traditionally known for energy, but in smaller doses, some blends can be incredibly soothing. I also love a good turmeric latte for its anti-inflammatory benefits, especially after a stressful day. The ritual of brewing it, feeling the warmth of the mug in my hands, it just signals to my body that it's time to switch off. And speaking of switching off, let's talk about a super simple, yet effective, lazy night skincare routine. I'm all about nourishing my skin without a million steps when I'm tired. After a quick cleanse, I swear by a hydrating essence.
