A variety of ways to cool off.
There are a variety of ways to do this for the body and shelter to make us feel more comfortable during the heat:
1. How to cool the body directly
- Drink enough water: Sipping water often helps to cool through sweat and prevent dehydration.
- Choose the right clothes: Wear light clothes, cotton (Cotton) or breathable linen, not tight-fitting.
- Use cold help: Cold compress or use water to carpet pulse point areas such as wrists, temples and throat will reduce body temperature faster.
- Dinner: such as watermelons, melons, or vegetables with plenty of water, and should avoid spicy foods or caffeine that cause the body to expel water.
2. Shelter management

- Reduce Appliances Use: Turn off unnecessary lights or appliances, because these devices release heat all the time.
