Made with only one ingredient, 100% whole yellow peas (including skin), they are vegan, packed with protein and fiber, and are free of any artificial ingredients. The Pasta Sides are flavor-packed with chef crafted seasonings and only take 3-5 minutes to cook. They offer a simple but flavorful option to complement your favorite entrée!

Here’s how to make the Rice Salad and Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Rice Salad:

1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup cooked cooked rice, 1 can (15oz) beans of your choice, 8-10 diced baby carrots, 1/2 diced tomato, 1 small diced red onion, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, juice of half lemon, 1 tbsp olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Optional, add cheese. Enjoy!

Stuffed Bell Pepper:

1. Cut off the top of the bell pepper and remove as many seeds as possible. Cut a tiny portion of the bottom just so the bell pepper can stand without falling over

2. Stuff the bell pepper with the rice salad and top with some shredded cheese

3. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
