you can ONLY find $0.40 satay here!!

When a shop only sells one thing, you know it’s gonna to be good.

Beh Leh Hainam Satay is a super hidden gem!! as everyone there are LOCALS ONLY! We reached before lunch time and there’s already a long queue!

We were seated shortly and ordered EVERYTHING they had on their menu. Pork Satay, Chicken Satay, Pork Intestines, Chicken Gizzard. Everything is a must order!

All their satay are grilled and super flavourful. It wasnt dry or smelly at all. The char taste was super good and even my grandmas love them!!

All sticks are priced at 1.40RM = $0.44

I got their teh ping and my grandmas had ribena. The ribena they served tasted different and doesnt taste like the artificial sweetener drink. My ahma said they really cooked it so there was a slight different taste than the ones we buy from SG.

The satay sauce was so good that we all finished everything and asked for 2nd servings.

Overall, everything was excellent and really tasty. I’d definitely go back if we visit Melaka again.

... Read moreIf you're planning a trip to Melaka, make sure to visit Beh Leh Hainam Satay—it's truly a hidden gem cherished by locals. The menu might be simple, but it offers a variety of satay options including pork satay, chicken satay, pork intestines, and chicken gizzard, all grilled fresh with a lovely char that enhances their flavors. One of the standout experiences was the satay sauce—they use a rich blend that complements the smoky taste of the grilled meat perfectly. Plus, the drinks served, like their homemade ribena, have an authentic flavor that differs wonderfully from the usual artificial versions. Sitting at 313, Jalan Gajah Berang, the stall attracts long queues before lunch, so arriving early is a good tip. Prices are incredibly affordable, with satay sticks priced at just 1.40 RM (~$0.44 USD) each, making it not only delicious but also budget-friendly for travelers and locals alike. The atmosphere is cozy, and watching the vendors grill the satay adds to the local dining charm. For food lovers eager to try local Malaysian flavors, Beh Leh Hainam Satay offers an authentic and satisfying experience—it's no surprise this spot is a must-go when exploring Melaka's vibrant food scene. Don't miss out on the chance to savor the old-school taste at 老王沙爹, a name fondly remembered by many.

I choose to buy Chanel in SG and here’s why
I’m like any Singaporean, I traveled to Japan trying to find my Chanel 25 (it’s one of my 2 goals of booking a flight over). I went to the Ginza boutique and started queueing at 11:45am (they open at 12) and was already probably first 100 in line. I got to scan their QR code to come back when i
