6 months later… 🤍
6 months after starting exercise - things change more than shape 😊
Looking back six or seven months ago, people who wanted to change themselves, but they didn't have any discipline or clear plans, just starting with a "try it" on a strong day and stopping on a bad day, it wasn't perfect.
But one thing that's always been done is "don't quit."
Exercise is never perfect, some days lazy, some days tired, some days just through, but always trying to come back the next day, and that's what gradually accumulates into today's results.
About a month ago, I started to focus more on "food," started to study, started to make better choices, not stress, but to understand what the body needs, and still allow myself to eat something I like because I don't want to put pressure on myself.
The most obvious change is not just the external shape, but the inner feeling.
Feel yourself more energetic, more confident, and most importantly, markedly better mental health. Exercise not only makes the body healthy, it gradually changes the way you think, live, and relate to yourself.
This is not a rapid change, but a steady slow growth.
If there's anything I've learned in these six months,
We don't have to be perfect.
Just "consistent in your own way" is enough. 😚
