Rated 10 / 10 Very tasty. I didn't think I would pay this because I ordered a full table. I thought it would be expensive, but it was only 540 baht (including water + ice).
I think it's good to eat as a family. There are a lot of tables. Good service workers. Order a lot. Get food quickly. Wait a while.
✅ fresh shrimp pounding. Luang Prabang is very good. Very fresh shrimp. The body is not small, not big. Papaya lines are long but very crispy. 😍
✅ fried chicken will not taste as salty as the feed we eat ourselves, but will be a little bland (in our sense) to eat with chili sauce.
✅ stir fried spicy wild boar. The herb is very fragrant. The spicy and satisfying is good. But the boar is a little sticky but delicious. 😚

ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “ครัวกลางทุ่ง อาหารป่า” หรืออยากดูว่า “เมนู ครัวกลางทุ่ง อาหารป่า” มีอะไรน่าลอง เราขอสรุปแบบอ่านง่ายจากที่ไปกินมาจริง ๆ (โต๊ะเราแน่นมาก แต่ราคาเบาสุด ๆ) เมนูที่เราว่าห้ามพลาดคือ “ตำกุ้งสดหลวงพระบาง” กุ้งสดเด้ง ตัวกำลังดี มะละกอเส้นยาวกรอบ ๆ รสนัว เผ็ดเปรี้ยวหวานกำลังพอดี เป็นจานที่ตักวนไปหลายรอบมาก ใครชอบส้มตำสไตล์หลวงพระบาง แนะนำสั่งเลย อีกจานที่เด่นคือ “ผัดเผ็ดหมูป่า” กลิ่นสมุนไพรชัด หอมเครื่อง เผ็ดแบบถึงใจแต่ไม่เผ็ดจนกินไม่ได้ (สำหรับเรา) เนื้อหมูป่าจะมีความหนึบนิด ๆ ตามสไตล์ แต่ยิ่งเคี้ยวยิ่งได้รสเครื่องผัดเผ็ด กินกับข้าวคือพอดีมาก ถ้าจะให้มีน้ำซดคล่องคอ เราสั่ง “ต้มแซ่บปลาทู” รสเปรี้ยวหวานเค็มบาลานซ์ดี ซดร้อน ๆ แล้วโล่งคอ ปลาทูสด ไม่คาว เหมาะมากเวลามากันหลายคน เพราะช่วยตัดเลี่ยนจากของทอดและของผัด ฝั่งเมนูกินง่าย ๆ มี “ไก่ทอด” จานนี้รสจะไม่เค็มจัด (ในความรู้สึกเรา) เลยเหมาะกับการจิ้มซอสพริกหรือกินคู่ส้มตำ คือเข้ากันดี แล้วก็มี “ข้าวผัด” ที่ให้จานใหญ่เกินราคา แบบสั่งจานเดียวแบ่งได้หลายคน หมูให้เยอะ ข้าวไม่แฉะ บรรยากาศร้านเป็นแนวสบาย ๆ โต๊ะเยอะ เหมาะมากถ้ามากินเป็นครอบครัวหรือมากับเพื่อนหลายคน พนักงานบริการไว สั่งเยอะก็ได้อาหารค่อนข้างเร็ว และมีที่จอดรถ ถ้าอยากสั่งให้คุ้มแบบ “เต็มโต๊ะ” แนะนำจับคู่แนวนี้: ส้มตำ 1 + กับข้าวเผ็ดหอมสมุนไพร 1 + ซุป 1 + ของทอด 1 + ข้าวผัด/ข้าวสวย แล้วแชร์กัน จะได้ลองหลายเมนูแบบไม่หนักกระเป๋า ใครกำลังหาเมนูแนะนำของครัวกลางทุ่ง อาหารป่า ลองเริ่มจากชุดนี้ได้เลย
