Read more私が「Windows 10が起動しない」状態になった時、焦っていきなり初期化するより、順番に切り分けすると復旧率が上がりました。まずは周辺機器(USB・外付けHDD・プリンタ)を全部外して再起動。アップデート中のエラーやドライバ不具合が絡むと、これだけで通ることがあります。 次に「セーフモード起動」を試します。起動途中で強制終了を2~3回繰り返すと自動的に回復環境(自動修復)へ入ることが多く、[詳細オプション]→[スタートアップ設定]→再起動→4/5でセーフモード、という流れで入れました。セーフモードに入れたら、直前に入れたアプリやドライバをアンインストール、Windows Updateの履歴から直近の更新を削除して改善するか確認します。 「スタートアップ修復」で直らない場合は、[詳細オプション]→[コマンド プロンプト]でシステムファイルを点検しました。定番は以下です。 ・sfc /scannow(システムファイルの破損チェック) うまく完走しない時は、先にディスクのエラーを疑ってchkdskを実行することもあります。 さらに「windows boot manager 消えた」「MBR破壊っぽい」症状(ブートデバイスが見つからない等)が出た時は、bootrec系が効いたことがあります。 ・bootrec /fixmbr ・bootrec /fixboot ・bootrec /rebuildbcd ※環境によっては回復ドライブ/インストールメディアが必要で、UEFI設定(起動順・セキュアブート)も絡むので注意しました。 それでも「Windows10 起動しない 修復できない」時は、復元ポイント(システムの復元)→「以前のバージョンに復元」→「リフレッシュ/リセット」→最終手段でクリーンインストール、の順に検討するとダメージを最小化しやすいです。 個人的に一番ラクだったのは、事前にシステムイメージ(システムバックアップ)を作っておくこと。起動不能でも、イメージから直接復元できると復旧が一気に早くなります。普段からメールや写真のデータだけでなく、OSごと戻せるバックアップも用意しておくのがおすすめです。
