New store iberry machine
New store in the chain, Khun Pla iBerry is shaking hands with Chef Charlie of Fran's. Open Downtown by Fran's. The store is on the G floor of Central Park. Easy to walk next to the MRT. The atmosphere is chic and chill in the style of Fran's. Walk in to see the open kitchen in the middle of the store. Every table can see the chef's work from every corner of the store and also make the tables not lined up to feel unpersonal.
As for the food, Portion is very good. Portion is not too big to park or too small to hold your breath. It is a delicious size. I like the use of well-cooked carbohydrates and creamy textures that are inserted in many dishes, especially Garganelli vodka sauce & katsuobushi. It is delicious to light out the mouth. I don't think that the ketchup pasta is so delicious. The creamy of Straciatella & zucchini salad and Omelette with wolffia is very good. There are a variety of calls here. Eggs, chicken, seafood or Thai waki are available to try. That day.

ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “Downtown by Fran’s Central Park” แล้วลังเลว่าควรไปไหม—ส่วนตัวคิดว่าไปแล้วคุ้ม โดยเฉพาะคนชอบร้านที่ได้ “ดูเชฟทำอาหารจริง” เพราะที่นี่เป็นครัวเปิดอยู่กลางร้าน ทำให้บรรยากาศสนุก เหมือนนั่งดูจังหวะการทำงานของครัวไปด้วย และการจัดโต๊ะก็ไม่อึดอัด ไม่ได้วางเรียงแน่นๆ จนเสียความเป็นส่วนตัว การเดินทาง: ร้านอยู่ชั้น G ของ Central Park จุดที่ดีมากคือเดินง่ายและติดทางออกไป MRT เลย เหมาะกับวันขี้เกียจขับรถหรือไม่อยากวนหาที่จอด แนะนำให้จองล่วงหน้าถ้าไปช่วงเย็นหรือวันหยุด เพราะเป็นร้านใหม่ในเครือ iBerry คนค่อนข้างสนใจ สิ่งที่ประทับใจคือ “portion” ทำมาดี กินแล้วอิ่มอร่อยแบบไม่จุกเกิน และไม่เบาเกินจนต้องสั่งเพิ่มรัวๆ เหมาะทั้งไปเดต ไปกับเพื่อน หรือพาครอบครัวไปแชร์หลายจาน เมนูที่อยากป้ายยาเพิ่มจากที่ลอง: - Garganelli vodka sauce & katsuobushi: จานนี้เด่นสุดสำหรับเรา ซอสวอดก้าโทนมะเขือเทศเข้มข้นแต่ครีมมี่ พอมีปลาโอแห้ง (คัตสึโอบูชิ) ช่วยเพิ่มกลิ่นหอม ทำให้รสชาติซับซ้อนขึ้น - Angel hair vongole: เส้นแองเจิลแฮร์คลุกซอสทั่วดี มีหอยลาย แล้วบีบมะนาวเพิ่มนิดเดียวคือสดชื่นมาก - Omelette with wolffia (ไข่เจียวไข่ผำ): เนื้อไข่นุ่มฟู ครีมมี่ กินแล้วรู้สึกละมุน ไม่ใช่ไข่เจียวหนักๆ แบบไทยจ๋า - Straciatella & zucchini salad: สายสลัดน่าจะชอบ เพราะมีชีส straciatella ทำให้จานดู “ครีมมี่แต่เบา” กินตัดกับจานหนักๆ ได้ดี - Thai wagyu hanger x au poivre sauce: ถ้าอยากมีจานโปรตีนจริงจัง วากิวไทยย่างกำลังดี ราดซอสพริกไทย (au poivre) หอมๆ กินแล้วรู้สึกพรีเมียม - Roast chicken & kale: ไก่ย่างหนังกรอบ เสิร์ฟกับเคลและผักดอง กินแล้วบาลานซ์ ไม่เลี่ยน ทิปเล็กๆ เวลาไปครั้งแรก: ไป 2–4 คนกำลังดี จะได้สั่งพาสต้า 1 จาน + สลัด 1 จาน + โปรตีน 1 จาน แล้วปิดด้วยเมนูเล่นๆ อย่าง Hamachi tartare เป็นคำๆ สนุกมาก และอย่าลืมเผื่อเวลานั่งชิลล์ดูครัวเปิด—นี่แหละเสน่ห์ของ Downtown by Fran’s ที่ Central Park สำหรับเรา
