You'll need:

- Grass-fed ground beef (protein + minerals)

- Optional: @Siete Foods taco seasoning (or use garlic, onion, black pepper, sea salt)

- Sweet potato (complex carbs = steady energy + gut fiber)

- Avocado (healthy fats for hormone health)

- Carrots, red onion, pickles (for crunch + microbiome diversity)
