Packed with protein, fiber, & healthy fats- everything your blood sugar (& mood) loves.

We’ve got:

    •    Ground flaxseeds for gentle estrogen balance & daily detox support.

    •    Chia seeds for fiber, omega-3s, & steady energy.

For 9 balls, you'll need:

    •    1/2 cup of a clean, minimal ingredient vanilla protein powder

    •    1/2 cup almond flour

    •    1/4 cup ground flaxseed

    •    1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

    •    1/4 cup chia seeds

    •    tons of fall spices (like cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, OR pumpkin spice)

    •    1/2 cup pumpkin puree (plus 1–2 tbsp extra if needed for moisture)

    •    1/2 cup tahini or nut butter

    •    1/2 cup pure maple syrup

    •    optional: chocolate chips or cacao nibs

    •    optional: bee pollen for topping

To make:
