Nature’s Dippin Dots (aka my midday snack fixation)🫐❄️
Hits the sweet tooth but packed with gut healthy polyphenols, protein, & superfoods..
Ingredients:
- Frozen wild blueberries (the perfect Dip n Dot “mold”)
- 1/2 scoop clean vanilla protein powder (use one that actually tastes good)
- A splash of milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
Optional add-ons:
- Dash of cinnamon
- Cacao nibs or coconut flakes for extra crunch
- Nut butter
- Bee pollen
- @Cymbiotika liquid colostrum (vanilla sea salt flavor)
To make:
- Add frozen blueberries to a bowl.
- Sprinkle in the protein powder & toss to coat.
- Add a tiny splash of milk & keep mixing/tossing until it turns into a light, crumbly coating (aka each blueberry is coated)
- Top with superfoods & enjoy!!!
