ถ้าเสิร์ชหาร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ดแถวด่านช้าง/เขื่อนกระเสียว เราว่าก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ดเจ๊ติม (หลายคนเรียกป้าติม) เป็นร้านที่เหมาะมากสำหรับ “แวะกินระหว่างทาง” เพราะอยู่หน้าทางขึ้นเขื่อนกระเสียว หาไม่ยาก แถมมีป้ายบอกทางกับหน้าร้านชัดเจน ขับรถผ่านก็สะดุดตาเลย ทริคส่วนตัวเวลาไปกินก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ดคือเราจะเลือกสั่ง 2 อย่างเพื่อเทียบรส: อย่างแรกเป็นก๋วยเตี๋ยว/เกาเหลาเพื่อชิมน้ำซุปและความนุ่มของเป็ด และอย่างที่สองเป็นเมนูตามสั่ง (ที่นี่เด่นมากคือกะเพราเป็ด) เพราะจะได้รู้ว่าเค้าใช้เนื้อเป็ดตุ๋นแบบไหน ทำมาแล้วเข้ากับการผัดหรือเปล่า ซึ่งร้านนี้ทำได้ดีทั้งคู่ เป็ดตุ๋นในหม้อใหญ่ๆ คือเห็นแล้วมั่นใจเรื่องความเปื่อยเลย ใครที่ไม่ค่อยชอบกลิ่นเครื่องเทศแรงๆ แนะนำเริ่มจาก “เกาเหลาเป็ด” ก่อน น้ำซุปแนวกลมๆ ซดง่าย กินเพลิน และเครื่องในให้มาครบดี (ตับ/กึ๋น/หัวใจ/เลือด) ถ้าชอบแบบรสจัดค่อยเติมพริกน้ำส้มหรือพริกป่นตามสไตล์ตัวเอง แต่ส่วนตัวเราว่าชิมน้ำซุปเดิมๆ ก่อนจะฟินกว่า อีกเมนูที่อยากให้เผื่อท้องไว้คือ “กะเพราเป็ด” จุดที่เราชอบคือเค้าผัดออกมาแห้งกำลังดี กลิ่นใบกะเพราใบเล็กๆ แบบบ้านๆ หอมชัด เนื้อเป็ดกับหนังมาเต็มคำ แล้วใส่พริกสดให้ความเผ็ดหอมๆ ที่สำคัญคือสามารถบอกระดับความเผ็ดได้ ใครมากันหลายคน แนะนำสั่งเป็นกับข้าวแล้วแชร์ จะได้กินคู่กับเกาเหลา/ก๋วยเตี๋ยวแบบครบๆ สำหรับคนอยากลองเมนูอื่น นอกจากก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ดกับเกาเหลา ที่ร้านยังมีเมนูตามสั่งอีกหลายอย่าง เราเล็ง “บะหมี่แห้งราดกะเพราขี้เมาเป็ด” ไว้เหมือนกัน น่าจะเหมาะกับสายชอบผัดเผ็ดหอมๆ บรรยากาศร้านเป็นแบบเปิดโล่ง โต๊ะเยอะ นั่งสบาย ลมเข้า ไม่อึดอัด เหมาะกับการแวะพักก่อน/หลังไปเที่ยวเขื่อนกระเสียว และอีกอย่างที่สะดวกมากคือที่จอดรถกว้าง จอดหน้าร้านได้เลย ใครกำลังหา “ร้านก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ด” หรืออยากตามรอย “เจ๊ติ๋ม ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเป็ด” แถวสุพรรณบุรี เราว่าร้านนี้ตอบโจทย์ทั้งรสชาติและความสะดวกจริงๆ
