25 days Strong 🍋

Here’s a draft for your post:

Staying Motivated with the 75 Soft Challenge 💪

When I started the 75 Soft Challenge, I knew it wasn’t just about the physical work—it’s about discipline, consistency, and showing up for myself every single day.

Some days are harder than others, but I keep reminding myself why I started: to grow stronger, feel healthier, and prove that I can stick to my goals.

This challenge is teaching me that progress isn’t always flashy. It’s in the little wins—choosing water over wine, completing my workout even when I’m tired, and prioritizing my mental and physical well-being.

I’m staying motivated because I know this is about becoming the best version of ME, plus I think my 🍑 getting big! One day at a time, one choice at a time, I’m making it happen.

Read moreBeing 25 days into the 75 Soft Challenge feels like a huge accomplishment, and I know many of you are either considering starting, currently doing it, or just curious about what it entails. For those unfamiliar, the 75 Soft Challenge is a modified version of the more intense 75 Hard. It typically involves: drinking a gallon of water daily, following a healthy diet (no alcohol), working out 45 minutes a day (one session outdoors), reading 10 pages of a non-fiction book, and taking a progress picture daily. It's designed to build mental fortitude and healthy habits without the extreme rigidity of its predecessor. Staying motivated, especially when life gets in the way, is probably the biggest hurdle. On days when I feel drained, I remind myself of my 'why' – it’s not just about the physical transformation, but the mental strength I'm building. One trick I've found helpful is to break down my workouts. If a 45-minute outdoor session feels daunting, I focus on the first 15 minutes. Often, once I start, I find the momentum to finish. For indoor workouts, a good 'Treadmill with Scott' or a 'Pure Dance' session (as seen in my tracking!) can be a fun way to hit those 'Activity Rings' and keep my 'Move' calories up. Even on low-energy days, focusing on a brisk walk to increase my 'Step Count' feels like a win. Hydration is key, and let me tell you, getting that 'Water Drank' goal can be tough. I keep a large water bottle with me at all times, and I set alarms to remind myself to sip throughout the day. It’s amazing how much better I feel when I’m properly hydrated. When it comes to diet, planning is essential. Meal prepping on Sundays saves me from making unhealthy choices during busy weekdays. I’ve found that having healthy snacks readily available prevents me from reaching for highly processed foods. Tracking progress isn't just about the scale or the daily picture; it’s also about monitoring your energy levels, sleep quality, and even your mood. I use various 'Fitness+' apps to keep tabs on my workouts, ensuring I hit my targets for time and intensity. Seeing those 'Summary' reports and 'Activity Rings' close gives me a huge boost. It’s also incredibly rewarding to look back at my 'MONTHLY RECAP' and see how far I’ve come. This challenge has really taught me the power of consistency over perfection. There will be days when I don't feel 100%, or when my willpower wavers. But instead of throwing in the towel, I acknowledge it, reset, and recommit the next day. It’s about building sustainable habits and proving to myself that I can stick to my goals. The mental gains – increased self-discipline, improved self-esteem, and a clearer mind – are just as significant, if not more so, than the physical ones. It truly is about becoming a better, stronger version of myself, inside and out. Keep pushing, you've got this!
