I made three different kinds of mini egg casseroles. The pink dish has turkey sausage, spinach and cheese. The grey dish has pork sausage, hash browns, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and onion. The grey dish also has pork bacon, hash browns and cheese.

I hadn't had ham in a long time so I decided to make one. The ham is served with rolls, macaroni and cheese, carmel apple tartlets and brussel sprouts
