Makeup Help Please
So I’ve looked it up multiple times already but i still don’t get it.
I don’t have a setting spray but I do have a setting powder but do i need the spray too? Is the spray just for when you use powder based makeup and the powder when you use liquid makeup? Do you use both or one? And also do they have different uses?
