... Read moreWhen selecting makeup for acne-prone skin, it’s crucial to find products that are non-comedogenic, meaning they won’t clog pores. Opt for lightweight foundations and tinted moisturizers that have a dewy finish, as these can help create a fresh look without overwhelming your skin. Look for makeup labeled as oil-free to prevent excess shine, and consider mineral foundations which often contain fewer irritating ingredients. Additionally, ingredients such as salicylic acid can help manage breakouts while providing coverage. For special events, using a setting spray can help makeup last longer and prevent it from looking cakey throughout the day. You might also want to explore brands known for their commitment to skin-friendly formulas, such as BareMinerals, Tarte, and Fenty Beauty. Lastly, remember to patch test any new products to ensure they don’t trigger your skin issues, and consult a dermatologist if you have specific concerns about ingredient reactions related to your skin type.

I would do acne treatments like for a week before wearing makeup again and start drinking a bunch of water cuz it helps and then when that week is over i would do skincare before makeup and use powder products that’s what I do
