... Read moreFeeling responsible for everything in a marriage is a common experience for many women who often find themselves caught in the cycle of controlling and managing every aspect to keep the relationship stable. When you find yourself constantly making all the plans, gripping onto control, or feeling like you’re the protector who must do it all, it may be a sign of deeper underlying issues such as lack of trust and emotional exhaustion. This pattern of behavior often leads to a phenomenon known as "nagging" or feeling like you have to "run the household" single-handedly, which can create frustration for both partners and strain the relationship. Women in this position sometimes struggle with disconnecting from their feminine energy—a vital part of relational balance—because they feel compelled to take on a more dominant or controlling role. Healing begins with acknowledging these feelings without judgment and understanding that your partner is also responsible for the health of the marriage. Prioritizing your own self-care and nervous system healing is essential, as it helps you shift from a place of control to a place of trust and openness. Transformation coaches and relationship healing practitioners often emphasize the sacred union between partners, encouraging them to co-lead the relationship by sharing responsibilities and supporting one another’s emotional needs. Embracing your feminine energy means allowing yourself to lead from a place of calm, vulnerability, and strength without feeling the pressure to "do enough" or be solely responsible. Practicing mindfulness, setting healthy boundaries, and nurturing open communication can significantly reduce the burden of control and help both partners contribute equally. If this experience feels familiar, it can be empowering to connect with communities focused on transformational coaching and nervous system healing. These resources offer tools and insights that help women regain their balance, experience deeper connection with their partner, and transform their marriage into a space of mutual respect and love. Remember, letting go of excessive control does not mean losing influence—it means creating a stronger foundation where both partners thrive.

Let me know if you agree (or disagree)
Here are a few of my unpopular marriage opinions: - it’s not always 50/50. Sometimes it’s 80/20, 60/40, or 90/10, and that’s *okay* as long as it fluctuates both ways. - getting mad at or irritated with your partner is normal. We live with and merge lives with another person. It’s not alway

Are you Dehydrated? Let’s find out!
I used to think I was just tired or maybe just a little off, but it turns out I was actually dehydrated most of the time. It’s crazy how much not drinking enough water can mess with your body and mind. I didn’t realize how many little signs I was missing that showed I wasn’t hydrated enough

let's peek through my purse! 👛
i thought this might be a cute way to show a little bit about me and my trinkets! 🫶 i prefer smaller crossbody bags instead of backpacks, large purses or clutches as it's easier for me to keep track of things. i'm not fond of carrying bulky items personally. my bag: 🛍 loungefly : hello
