Betrayal doesn’t just break your heart it wrecks havoc on your nervous system, your physical body, and mind…
When everything came out over 3 years ago I spiraled into oblivion…completely disconnected from my body…I didn’t eat for an entire week, I think I showered twice and that was just because I stunk so bad from all of the crying and sweating from the rage and pain flowing through me…
For the first deep year of healing I was so mad because I felt like I was aging from the trauma…
But I persevered in my healing journey…tending to my soul, body, mind and heart daily…
And now? Almost 42 years young, I’m feeling like a hot and spicy spring chicken…for sure looking and feeling better than I did in my 20s & 30s…
Betrayal tried to break me…but I build something even better from the ashes…
And because I feel so freaking great in my body….not just from working out but because I healed the trauma out of my body and mind, through somatic healing and subconscious reprogramming…our intimacy has grown leaps and bounds…I feel safe in my body, and we are connected so beautifully now in the bedroom…
Again thought it didn’t happen overnight but because I know this healing journey all too well I’m here to serve the women who are walking this path and looking for a way forward.

Betrayal trauma deeply impacts more than just the heart; it affects the nervous system, physical health, and mental well-being. When betrayal is revealed, many experience an overwhelming disconnect from their body and emotions, as seen in the difficult initial stages where basic self-care like eating and showering may be neglected. This intense physiological and emotional rebellion can often make a person feel aged by trauma. The journey through betrayal recovery is rarely quick or easy. It demands perseverance and compassionate daily care for the soul, body, mind, and heart. Techniques such as somatic healing help individuals listen to the body’s wisdom and release trauma stored physically, while subconscious reprogramming works to shift limiting beliefs and emotional patterns ingrained by betrayal experiences. Together, these methods pave the way for holistic healing. As healing progresses, many find not only restored strength and appearance but a revitalized connection with themselves and others. Improved intimacy often emerges as individuals feel safe and grounded in their bodies again, allowing vulnerability and closeness to flourish naturally. This transformation challenges the notion that trauma only leaves lasting damage—it can also be a catalyst for profound growth and renewed vitality. For women walking this challenging path, support and guidance tailored to their unique experiences are essential. Community resources like the ‘Betrayal Recovery Guide’ offer structured steps for healing and reclaiming one’s spark. Remember, trauma recovery is a deeply personal process, and while it may not happen overnight, continued effort and self-care lead to thriving and well-being beyond prior expectations. If you or someone you know is navigating the pain of betrayal, know that you are not alone. Healing is possible, and regaining joy, connection, and confidence in your body and relationships is within reach.
