Read more幸せが続かないと感じる時、実は日常の些細な習慣や考え方が大きく影響しています。私自身も以前は、結果を急ぎすぎてしまい、達成感が一瞬で消え去ってしまうことが多かったです。例えば、仕事で成果を上げてもすぐに次の目標に気持ちがいってしまい、達成した喜びを味わえていませんでした。 また、感情に任せて行動すると一時的にはスッキリしますが、後で後悔や罪悪感が残り、心がざわつく経験を何度もしました。そういった感情の波に振り回されないためには、深呼吸をして一旦立ち止まる習慣をつけることが効果的です。 他人と自分を比較する癖も大敵です。友人やSNS上の他者と自分を比べると、自分の不足や欠点ばかりが目につきます。この比較は「心の静けさを奪う」と言われていますが、私の場合は感謝ノートをつけて、「今、自分にある幸せや恵まれていること」に意識を向けることで徐々に改善しました。 また、仕事や家庭、健康など一つの領域に偏り過ぎると、そこに不調が起こった時に全体のバランスが崩れてしまいます。私の場合は、無理なくできる趣味の時間や友人との交流も意識的に入れて、生活全体の調和を大切にしています。 そして足りないものばかりに目を向けると「今ここ」の幸せに気づきにくくなります。小さなことでも毎日幸せを感じる瞬間を見つける習慣を持つと、心の充足感が長続きすることを実感しています。 幸せは大きな出来事だけではなく、こうした日々の受け止め方で少しずつ育っていくもの。才能や運ではなく、毎日の選択や習慣が根本的に影響するからこそ、まずは自分の思考や行動パターンを見直すことが大切です。皆さんもぜひ、自分に当てはまる習慣を見つけて、無理のない範囲で改善に取り組むことをおすすめします。心が少しずつ軽くなり、小さな幸せがずっと続くようになるでしょう。
