Healthy Habits —

We all need help, sometimes. These are just a few of the habits I’m implementing to keep me on my right track with God. If they stand out to you, give them a try! Regardless of what your religious practice might be, these are healthy habits to keep 😊💕

1. Journaling

I’ve always loved journaling, but I have a hard time knowing where to start. Journal prompts on Pinterest are an AMAZING resource that I definitely recommend. They’re free, helpful, and only a search bar away. Right now, I’m using journaling prompts for monthly goals to keep myself on track to a healthier me. What do you find yourself wanting to journal about? ✨

2. Checklists

Checklists and I do not have a healthy relationship 😂 I almost always start them, and have a terrible time remembering to finish them. It’s not that things don’t get done, I just hardly think to check them off. This month, and through the better part of this year, I’m making it a goal to utilize them more. Do checklists help you, or do you struggle with them too?

3. Prayer

Girl, you know it wouldn’t be a post from me if I didn’t bring this up. The Bible and God are always first in my book, no matter what slide they end up on! Bringing God into every aspect of my life, has slowly started to help me become a healthier and more well rounded person. Everyone has their own beliefs, and that’s totally okay 🥰 This is what has helped transform my life, and I’m grateful that God has granted me a closer relationship with Him. I feel safe in His hands.
