My FAVORITE BBQ Restaurant in NYC🥩

My favorite — and I mean, FAVORITE — Chinese BBQ restaurant: Ming Xing BBQ! 🤤

This restaurant serves genuine Chinese BBQ, crafted in the traditional style from Yanbin County in Jilin Province, China (Northeastern China).

We ordered a verity of skewered meats such as lamb, beef and sausages to grilled over charcoal flame. 🔥 If you are not too familiar with operation, the staff offered to grill the skewered meats to half grilled or fully grilled for you. The staff might look serious but they were very kind. 🥰

Rather than sauces, the restaurant provided spices powder dip with additional spices at the side for convenience. The cold noodle is also a must try and it helped with offsetting the greasiness from meat skewers. There were also a variety of cold dishes and hot dishes as well! I am drooling as I am typing this out 🤣

Highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

... Read moreMing Xing BBQ in Flushing is not just a restaurant, it's an experience. Known for its authentic Chinese BBQ from Yanbin County, this eatery specializes in skewered meats like lamb, beef, and sausages grilled to perfection over charcoal. The staff, while appearing serious, are known for their warmth and will grill your skewers just the way you like them. Guests can savor the unique spice powder dip provided instead of typical sauces, enhancing flavors without overpowering the dishes. Don't miss out on the cold noodle dish, which perfectly balances the rich flavors of the skewers and helps to cleanse the palate. In addition to the meat skewers and noodles, Ming Xing offers a variety of cold and hot dishes that reflect traditional Chinese dining culture. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for genuine barbecue in New York City.
