又被误会双标遭投诉，新加坡电工太难了😭
今天被屋主误会双标、找上门投诉，跟大家说清楚整件事。
我正在帮客户做全屋拉电装修，屋主赶工期，想要周六上门统一安装灯具、风扇、插座和开关。这套房子在市中心HDB，周边大多是年轻人，对噪音很敏感，新加坡规定周六不能做整屋装修施工。
屋主不解：你周六去亲戚家装灯可以钻孔，我这边为什么不行？觉得我区别对待。
两处施工差别在这里：
1. 亲戚家：少量加装1～2盏灯
只钻少数几个孔，施工时间短、噪音断断续续。就算邻居投诉，说明只是简单装几个灯，很好沟通。
2. 装修工地：整屋批量施工
全屋装多款灯具、多台风扇、整套插座开关，需要大量连续钻孔，噪音持续很久，属于整装工程。同栋已经有人少量钻孔，再大 批量开工，很容易被邻居举报。一旦被投诉，轻则当场停工走人、耽误工期，重则面临高额罚款，屋主和我两边都吃亏。
细细解释完规则，屋主最后理解了，约定周一到周五再动工。
在新加坡做电工，必须严守HDB施工条例，违规罚款成本很高，不敢随便冒险开工。也提醒准备装修的朋友：少量加装≠全屋整装，周末施工标准不一样，别盲目赶工冒险。一路走来感恩所有新老客户的信任与支持，踏踏实实做好每一单工程。

Therefore, proper planning and realistic timeframes are crucial to avoid rushed jobs that may compromise quality or cause legal issues.
