🇸🇬这套新加坡中古风别墅的一楼，原本的功能布局其实是不够用的。 🏡原始布局里，一楼只有一个卫生间，这对于别墅来说是完全不够的，所以这次改造我们首先做的，是把地下排水系统全部重新改造，然后在一楼新增了多个卫生间和套间空间。 🛋️父母房我们做成套房形式，方便长辈居住； 📏女佣房也改成了套间； 🚽同时增加了客人卫生间，让每个空间的使用都有分区，不会互相影响。 🍷另外我们还新增了一个客房，并把原来室外的一部分空间利用起来，做成书房。 ⌛️书房的书桌我们保持了1800的长度，这个尺寸其实是办公和阅读都非常舒服的一个宽度。 🍽️之所以一楼改动这么多，其实不是为了做更多空间， 而是

新加坡中古风别墅二楼改造，我们做的第一件事，就是实现“全员套房”。🇸🇬 在二楼空间，让这套别墅每个房间都有独立卫生间，就是本次改造的重点之一。🤔 原本的主人房空间很大，但其实利用率并不高。 尤其是卫生间，浴缸和洗手台都很小，不太实用。 所以这次改造，我们把主人房的卫生间整体扩大， 做了双台盆、干湿分离和推拉门， 空间尺度感一下就出来了。😍 整个主人房风格偏中古风， 胡桃木色系搭配古铜纯铜把手，整体质感会比较沉稳。 同时我们还增加了一个步入式衣帽间和梳妆台， 柜体做到全高，整体看起来更干净。 柜门用的是木皮而不是布艺，更好打理，也更耐用。☺️ 接下来是儿
