Seafood Boil 🦀🌽🥔🍤
Sometimes you need to just eat a shit ton of butter and garlic with a side of seafood…lol
Seafood boil sauce/mixture (good for multiple servings):
1 stick of salted butter
5-10 gloves of garlic
Cajun seasoning to taste (about 1 tbsp)- I went with Cajun two step by the stale cracker found at Walmart (this stuff is great)
(Tony chacheres is a good alternative if you can’t find the Cajun two step)
Lemon pepper seasoning to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste
Half a Handful ish? of fresh chopped Cilantro
Seafood and veggies I used:
Crab legs - about 10 minute boil
Shrimp - 3-4 minute boil
Corn on the Cobb - about 10 minute boil
Red skin potatoes diced - about 20 minute boil
Ramen noodles - about 3-4 minute boil
Boil your seafood and veggies the way you like until done and then hit it with this flavor bomb of a sauce in a bowl afterwords. Top it with more parm cheese and call it a damn day.
You can find a seafood boil recipe online or you can boil each based off of the times above. Times vary by type of food.
