Everything was so beautifully concealed and so so Classy!! I love it, nothing is like that now- everything is so disposable and it seems everything is replaceable and thrown away. In my grandmothers time, you cared for and kept your things and refilled them. Your lipstick was refillable, and you cared for your clothing shoes and jackets, mended items and kept things for the long haul. There was so much less waste and so much less plastic!! I think we all should take heed of these practices and bring them back.
