💪1. Not only protein matter when building muscle, making sure you fuel properly with enough calories is the only way your body will be able to build and continue to then REbuild
💪2. Rest days are crucial to muscle growth and recovery! Take those days off and nurture yourself!
💪3. Exhausting the muscle fiber to failure will result in progressively overloading your strength and ability to move the weight so if you can do more reps, go for it!! Till you can’t anymore
