as always, a full day of eats🤭

as a foodie, dieting does not need to be boring, bland, or strict. it definitely can be a learning curve, but finding meals that you absolutely love and enjoy makes the process so much easier & manageable!!

currently, my obsession is breakfast foods. i could eat it for the rest of my life😂 avocado has been a GAME changer for my cravings, skin, and overall health, i highly recommend to start finding ways to include it in your diet!

i strongly recommend you check out @Litely as well, you can track absolutely everything in there. from your weight and measurements to water and calories. there is even an ai food scanner for those who need help with it!

another point i wanted to make, is that i am a short girly, eating around 1500-1600 calories a day and have still been able to lose the weight and lose the fat. you should never EVER be eating below 1200 calories, even 1400, as it will do you more harm than good.
