This one was interesting. I didn’t read a blurb, I picked it on NetGalley - based solely on the name. I was expecting more of a kidnapping/kidnapper story, but the kidnappings were really secondary to a murder. Read along as the detectives uncover the truth of what happened to a wife & mother in a small town.

I rated this 4/5 ⭐️ because I didn’t love it but I actually did really enjoy it. I didn’t see the ending coming and it was quite a decent ending that wrapped up all the questions well.
