i’m a huge fan of cheesy bread so this was perfect.

Ingredients:

sourdough loaf

pepperoni

cheese

butter

garlic, salt, pepper, parsley 🌿

this is so customizable and recommend choosing what YOU like!!

we personally chose the 6 cheese blend with mozzarella, asiago, parmesan, romano, provolone, and fontina.

DIRECTIONS:

start with cutting straight lines vertically on your loaf, as close to the bottom as possible without cutting through.

do again horizontally.

with your mixed melted butter and seasonings, butter that thang. trust me, get all the way in there.

filled those spaces with your cheese.

and follow through with your pepperoni.. or even skip it if you want.

add more butter mix 😋

bake at 375 until cheese is melted and the top starts to golden. i was too excited to cook mine as long as i should’ve. however, it was still delish!
