In June of 2024, I suffered my 7th traumatic brain injury 🧠 and I've officially spent more of the year in hospitals 🏥 than outside of them, which is truly heartbreaking to see the numbers in real time. Through community support and digital tools, individuals facing similar health challenges can find courage and understanding. Let's break the stigma around disabilities and advocate for a world where everyone feels seen and supported.
