Swing Like a Girl

📖 I remember the days I couldn’t even hold a book up in bed, let alone swing a club.

I remember the days crying and praying for someone or some treatment to save me.

I remember feeling hopeless.

Worthless.

Defeated.

Invisible.

I remember thinking ‘what’s the point’ at 33 years old pissing my pants on the daily unable to get to the toilet.

I remember feeling like my world was dark and gloomy and I might as well get used to it.

‘Till I didn’t.

And I woke the f* up.

Said no more.

And made change.

✨✨✨

I began meditating and never stopped.

Filled blank journals then self-published my own.

🧘‍♀️ Healed my body.

🧠 Rewired my mind.

🕊️ Revived my soul.

Got off over 10 big pharma meds + now find myself guiding others.

If you are reading this and wanting to make change and heal your life, this is your sign.

Always remain consistent.

Always advocate for thyself.

And look within….

To know thyself,

Is to love thyself,

Is to heal thyself 🤍
