Hiiii, friends! I’m going to give the carnivore diet a go! I’ve been steadily gaining weight over the last few months and have had a hard time sticking to a plan. I’m in a place that I feel ready to start again 🦋 follow along as I go! I’ll keep you updated with how I’m feeling along the way. My hope is my skin clears, my energy levels go back up & I can lose weight I’ve been struggling with 🫶🏼

Common foods include meats, fish, eggs, and limited dairy options. On my Day 01, I started strong with ribeye steak, fried eggs, and healthy snacks like cheese and salami. Before engaging in this diet, it’s essential to consider individual health conditions and consult with a healthcare professional. The carnivore diet may not be suitable for everyone, and understanding your body’s needs is crucial. This journey can be enlightening, but documenting progress, both positive and negative, will provide insights and strengthen resolve.
