Workout app for tracking progress

I never consistently used a workout app for tracking until last year. One of my coworkers showed me this app called “Strong”. Reasons I love it?⬇️

👍🏼Pros :

🪩 keeps track of your reps/sets/weights week to week

🪩 calendar view makes it easy to visualize how consistent you’ve been

🪩 pre-planning helps you get in and out of the gym with a busy schedule

🪩 if they don’t have an exercise saved it is super simple to add it!

🤔Cons:

🚫 have to pay for pro version to add more than a few templates (workaround — do a free trial and stack some up then change them as needed)

When it comes to a fitness journey, weight loss is NOT the only thing that matters. An app like this helps you see your physical progress of increasing the weight you can lift, or even the reps/sets you’re able to do. This progress is sooo rewarding and I highly recommend embracing it as well as the other wins along the way☺️

Do you have an app that you love? What is it and why?

I love the corecircle app! It’s a social media fitness app! You’re able to see other people workouts and can save them if you want to try them. It also allows you to make goals to put your workouts into! I highly recommend it

I’ve never heard of strong before, but to be honest I’m probably not going to try it. The name is so is a little intimidating lol. I just don’t think I am disciplined enough for strong. One day I will get there, but until then I do not want to set myself up like that 😂😂😂
